Classes for anyone who wants to do yoga.

It’s as simple as that. Open and welcoming, all classes are specially designed for all levels. A variety of options will be offered for postures and movements as we go so you can choose what works best for you. And whilst classes are mat/floor based, chairs can be used. PLUS we love a good prop! Blocks, belts and blankets are available to borrow in every class.

Joining and booking class is easy.
