Terms & Conditions
General
All classes must be booked and paid for in advance.
All new clients will be required to complete a new client form, agree to our Terms & Conditions and Statement of Responsibility before participating in class. This can be done online at the time of booking.
6 Week Blocks
Weekly studio classes are offered in 6 week blocks. This means when you book you're signing up for all 6 classes in that block.
Generally classes will run consecutively week to week but on occasion there may be a week or two gap between classes in a block. You are responsible for checking the dates associated with each class in a 6 week block and your own availability.
Missed classes will not be refunded.
If classes are suspended or cancelled by Three Towns Yoga, new arrangements will be made.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be given except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Three Towns Yoga.
Drop-in classes and classes booked using an Unlimited Class Pass or 4 Class Flexi Pass can be rescheduled up to 6 hours before class starts by contacting Steph. No refunds will be given except in exceptional circumstances. If you cancel within 6 hours of class starting you will not be able to reschedule and lose the class.
Health & Wellbeing
Before booking class please consult your doctor if you are pregnant, suffer from very high blood pressure, chronic heart disease, retinal problems, epilepsy, have a joint replacement, have recently undergone major surgery or have any other concerns about your health. Your doctor will advise you if yoga is suitable for your particular condition. Please inform the teacher of any injuries or health conditions you’re working with before the class begins.
Not all yoga instruction is appropriate for everyone. There is no one size fits all approach, we are all unique. In class, we ask you to listen to your own body, take care and be kind to yourself. This attention and awareness is one of the main principles of yoga. Take breaks and rest as you need to. You are responsible for your own experience and wellbeing during class. There are many options and modifications we can explore with you to help you make your yoga practice your own. Please listen to what you need and ask for additional help.

All personal information collected from our website is used only for our internal marketing and for us to provide our services to you. We do not share or sell any information with outside parties.
Three Towns Yoga uses third party software - Acuity Scheduling to manage bookings and MailChimp for email newsletters. We also use social media platforms.
