How it all works.

Regular weekly classes are offered in 6 week sessions set over specific dates.

Current 6 Week Session

Monday 11th November to Monday 23rd December 2024 (inclusive). There will be no class on Monday 25th November.

Next 6 Week Session

Starts Monday 6th January to Thursday 13th February 2025 (inclusive).

Pricing & Class Passes

The following class passes and payment options are available and valid only during the period of each 6 week session.

  • If you’re joining 1 class per week this is the best option.

    When you book the class of your choice, you’re booking all 6 classes in that block. Please check all the dates associated with your class so you can put them in your diary. No refunds will be given for missed classes.

    That being said though, if you miss a class in your block there may be an opportunity to join another class at any time during the block instead. You can arrange this with me at the time.

    With your block, you’ll also get access to my collection of online yoga videos and class recordings to use at home.

  • This pass gives you 4 classes to use within the 6 week session only. You can book and join any regular class on the timetable with this pass.
    BUY YOUR PASS

  • If you plan to come to 2 or more classes each week, this is the best option. So long as you come to 9 classes during the 6 week session, this pass is still the best value.

  • You can pay as you go with drop-in classes. This is the most flexible way to join classes and allows you to book any class, any time without committing to a block or class pass.

Once you’ve purchased your pass, you can book any regular class on the schedule using the code that came with your pass. Or email me and let me know when you’d like to attend.

 FAQs

  • No, if you miss a class in your 6 week block you can join any other class during the 6 week session instead. So you could come to two classes in a week to make up for the one you missed.

  • That’s ok. Best thing to do is book a Drop-in place for £10. Then email me to let me know you’d like to join the remainder of the 6 week block. We’ll set you up from there. This lets you try class first before you commit to the block too.

  • YES absolutely! My classes are designed for all levels. I’ll offer different options for postures and movements as we move through class so you can choose what works best for you.

  • If you have a yoga mat, yes bring it along. If you don’t have a mat, I have a few available in class that you’re very welcome to borrow. A blanket or towel can be useful to bring along too.

  • Please don’t worry. Email me and we’ll reschedule you into another class at another time. Or give you credit to use at a later date depending on your circumstances. Whilst I have a no refund policy, I do understand that life happens. I’ll always do my best to help.
