Statement of Responsibility

While on the whole yoga practice is beneficial, some postures and practices are contraindicated for particular health conditions. You are responsible for making the teacher aware of any health conditions or physical limitations you have before participating in class. Whilst the teacher will always do their best to help you, you are responsible for respecting your own limits and staying within them. Remember that yoga is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. You are responsible for consulting with your doctor regarding your fitness to participate in yoga and movement classes.
